Professor Karen J Pine

Professor Karen Pine is a founding Director of Do Something Different, a renowned researcher in Developmental Psychology and holds the post of Professor of Developmental Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire. She has been instrumental in progressing the 'Do Something Different' approach from something academically important to something that is regularly used to change people's lives. Karen has written three books based on the Do Something Different approach, 'The No Diet Diet', 'Sheconomics' and 'Love Not Smoking'

Professor Ben (C) Fletcher

Ben (C) Fletcher is a founding Director of Do Something Different. He is a Professor of Occupational and Health Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, and is Professor of Fashion at Istanbul Bilgi University in Turkey.  He has published extensively and his research has won various accolades including a Literarae Prize and a National Award for knowledge transfer to the commercial world. He is the founder of 'Do Something Different' and 'FIT Science', both ground-breaking frameworks for personal and organisational development.  He has been Dean of the Business School, and Head of the School of Psychology, at the University of Hertfordshire (a position he gave up to devote time to Do Something Different). He thinks that transformation in lives is more useful for society than much that passes for education and is driven by the impact his scientific work has on improving people’s lives and their well-being.

Ray Richards

Ray Richards is a founding Director of Do Something Different. He has spent his career working with a wide range of businesses in a wide range of capacities. He is passionate about business and the role it can play in making the world a better place. Ray works to ensure that the company behaves consciously and that all stakeholders benefit from the 'Do Something Different' approach.

Ronel Erasmus

Ronel Erasmus knows more about the practical applications of 'Do Something Different' than anyone. She has personally managed many programmes and is also an experienced Do Something Different trainer. Originally from Pretoria, Ronel is a member of the British Psychological Society, has an Honours Degree in Psychology and Criminology and is also a qualified Nutritionist. She has spent the majority of her career looking after the needs of people, both physically and psychologically.

Anthony Bullock

Anthony Bullock, known as Ant by friends, colleagues and clients, has a background in advertising and marketing. Institute of Marketing qualified, he set up and ran a successful advertising agency in Brighton, before selling his share and establishing the copywriting agency, antwords. He is now part of the Do Something Different team, enjoying the challenge of bringing this transformational approach to behaviour change to corporate and community clients.
